Accessibility guide

We highly encourage ticketed guests to pre-purchase a parking pass for one of our garages HERE.

All parking garages on Climate Pledge Arena’s campus have ADA accessible parking spaces. Please note however, that specific spaces, including accessible parking spaces, cannot be reserved when purchasing your pass.

Please contact the nearest on-site parking attendant upon arrival so that they may best assist you and accommodate your needs.

Climate Pledge Arena has wheelchair and low mobility seating available on all levels. All accessible seating is available to purchase on Ticketmaster.com by filtering seating options to select “Show accessible tickets”. Please note that both “wheelchair accessible” and “semi-ambulatory seats” will populate when selecting this option.

Wheelchair accessible seats are located on a platform. Platforms 101W and 120W are enclosed by fully glass barriers. All other accessible seating platforms are enclosed by metal barriers and include a narrow countertop where guests can place their items. Guests ticketed for any of these platforms that do not use a mobility device will be provided with cushioned folding chairs. Semi-ambulatory seats require navigating 1-3 steps up or down to access the seat and are often located on or near an aisleway. All stairways are equipped with railings to assist guests.

Assistive Listening Devices are available and complimentary to guests for all Arena events. Headsets and receivers are available to check out at the Guest Services Desk on the Main Concourse near Section 24.

WaFd Bank ATMs are available on the Main Concourse by Section 11 as well as on the Upper Concourse by the South East elevators.

Baby changing tables are available in all Men’s and Women’s restrooms, All-Gender & Family Restrooms, as well as in the Virginia Mason Nursing Parents Room located on the South West corner of the Main Concourse.

For Seattle Kraken games, all integral game information is captioned on the north and south main video boards. Guests may also visit our Guest Services Booth to request a link to access game captions on their personal smart device or a borrowed tablet.

For any other event, guests may request captioning by contacting Guest Services at guestinfo@climatepledgearena.com at least 10 (ten) days in advance of their ticketed event.

Concession stands and marketplaces are all accessible to guests with disabilities. Guests may request additional assistance at these locations from the nearest arena team member.

Guests with accessibility needs and tickets to American Express Hall can enter through Entry 3 on the NW side of the Arena.

Guests are encouraged to enter through the entrance listed on their event ticket as it will provide the best route to their seat.

The Climate Collective (the food and beverage program at Climate Pledge Arena) will inspire guests and create long-lasting memories, just as Seattle food has done for its residents and visitors for decades. The Climate Collective will build upon cherished relationships with our Pacific Northwest neighbors, fishmongers, butchers and farmers to build carefully curated menus that strip away the perception of traditional arena fare. At the Climate Collective, we believe food should be genuine, delicious, innovative, and invite all guests to a seat at the table under our roof.

More information about our concessions offering can be found here: Food & Beverage – Climate Pledge Arena

We request that guests provide advance notice at least ten (10) business days prior to a scheduled event date. While we will do our best to accommodate requests made with less notice, we cannot guarantee interpretation services within this time period.

Guests may request an American Sign Language interpreter by contacting the Guest Services Department at guestinfo@climatepledgearena.com.
