We’re excited to welcome you to the Pearl Jam Dark Matter World Tour on May 28 and 30!

Let’s get you ready. Please review arena policies and frequently asked questions below.

Bag

If necessary, guests are permitted to bring:
ONE CLEAR BAG* that does not exceed 14″w x 14″h x 6″d in size
OR
small clutches/purses/wallets that do not exceed 4″w x 6″h x 1.5″d in size

*Items within the clear bag must comply with our bag policy and permitted item list.

Water Bottle

Reusable (non-glass) water bottles are permitted.
Bottles must be no larger than 32oz. and must empty upon entry, including ice.

The following are most common prohibited items that are prohibited for use of possession, display of distribution at, on, or within Climate Pledge Arena. For a full list of prohibited items please review the full list HERE.

  • Professional Cameras, detachable lenses or external flash units, or recording equipment (aside from smartphones) for audio, image, or video recording purposes
  • Weapons including guns, firearms, knives of any size, stunguns/tasers, bats or poles
  • Martial arts weapons, night sticks, nunchucks, billy clubs, self-defense sprays to include mace & pepper spray
  • Noisemaking devices of any kind including whistles, air horns, vuvuzelas, and cow bells
  • Laptops and tablets
  • Laser pointing devices, flashlights or similar devices
  • Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by Climate Pledge Arena and its league affiliates, in their sole discretion
Parking

Arena FAQ’s

Small, non-professional cameras with no external flash or detachable lenses are welcome into Climate Pledge Arena for most events.

Video recording devices, audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside Climate Pledge Arena.

Please note that for some concerts and special events, camera restrictions will vary, and may not be permitted for entry. Please contact Guest Services to inquire about event-specific restrictions.

Guests can refill water bottles at water fountains and refill stations located throughout the arena.

Climate Pledge Arena is accessible with many different modes of transportation. Guests are encouraged to take public transportation, which includes bus, Light Rail, and the Seattle Center Monorail.

Purchase parking ahead of time on the Seattle Kraken App or purchase parking upon arrival. All-day event parking offered starting at 8:00 AM.

• 5th Ave Garage

Please Use:
• 1st Ave N on the Arena’s west side
• Republican St & Warren Ave N just north of the Arena

*Please Don’t Use:
• 5th Ave N & Harrison St Turnaround near MoPOP
• Space Needle Turnaround
• South side of the arena

*Seattle Police will not allow access to these locations for pick-up after the show.

Pearl Jam FAQ’s

Tickets cannot be transferred for this event. Please be sure that all members in your party enter at the same time.

If you have any questions please see a Guest Services information desk, located on the Main Concourse near Section 24 or on the Upper Concourse in the SW corner of the Alaska Airlines Atrium.

Guests with General Admission floor tickets are allowed to begin lining up at American Express® Hall Entry 4 located on the West Plaza NO EARLIER THAN 8:00 AM on the day of the show. Guests with GA tickets are guaranteed entry into the GA section whether or not they line up.

Camping and the use of tents on the Climate Pledge Arena plaza are prohibited.

Tailgating is not permitted.

No overnight parking in Climate Pledge Arena lots. Violators will be towed.

Public restrooms are located on Seattle Center at the corner of August Wilson Way & 2nd Ave N. and inside the Seattle Center Armory Food & Event Hall, which will be open from 10AM-8PM.

Poster tubes are permitted as long as they are cardboard and inspected prior to entry.

Pro tip! Take the Seattle Center Monorail to Seattle Center.

EARLY MERCH

Shop early! Pearl Jam merch will open at noon Tuesday – Thursday. See the map for location and lineup route. Camping is not permitted.
